My passions to date lie in issues around; schooling; assisting parents (re)learning to play; and inspiring, emotionally supporting and empowering young children, young adults and teachers and couples. I have many amazing people in my life who are masters in their chosen crafts. I would like to introduce you to a few of them and their areas of expertise:

I love to inspire, encourage and support mothers to honour their needs, listen to their feelings, and respond compassionately to themselves, so that they can listen to the needs and feelings of their children with deep compassion too. I have a number of free and paid online courses which are all about these kinds of things!

Lael is a proud mother of three children who has worked as a Birth Attendant/Doula, Childbirth Educator and certified Calmbirth Instructor since 2004. From a background in wellbeing and counselling Lael was compelled into the field of childbirth education by her own birth experiences. Lael has interviewed and collected birth experience data from hundreds of Australian women throughout her career. This data provided insight and motivation to develop the About Birth Online Education Program, a pioneering way to learn about birth and early parenting. Lael has spent the last few years working one on one with women around negative birth experiences as well as working with families to develop more connection with the Aware Parenting model. She is a certified Aware Parenting Instructor and runs regular groups for mothers as well as workshops and private sessions. Her passion is to create wellness in families through connection, communication and education.

Dr Justin Tate is a registered Osteopath who completed his 5 year training back in 2004 at Victoria University. Since then he has done extensive study in the Biodynamic approach to Osteopathy in the Cranial Field including the treatment of children. The Osteopathic approach is holistic using the envirobiopsychosocial model of healthcare, but the Biodynamic approach takes it a step further with the mind-body-spirit model. The approach can be particularly helpful with babies and young children as their forces of growth and development, which start as an embryo and continue into adulthood as healing, are still quite strong. He helps patients with a large range of problems, most commonly musculoskeletal problems, but also many other problems where his particular focus is to promote self-healing by working with and enhancing the natural laws of healing already and always present.
